It's good to know that the two have agreed on going with her. The only thing she still needs to sort out is to whom she should entrust Rei with. Despite how much she enjoys Rei's company, Death cannot take her to where she is going after dropping Asuka off with her mom. Family business, especially regarding Dream, is something that she likes to keep private. Maybe she can ask Kyoko to take care of Rei for awhile.

Smiling gently at Asuka, she wraps her own fingers over Asuka's hand, "Yep, we can go now!" Not forgetting to give Rei a smile as well, Death takes the both of them to where Asuka's mother is with the sound of many wings.
