Rei thought it would be best to just wait for Death to return - she wondered how she was going to pay for their bills, but Death seemed to have it under control. Or at least, she had taken it to be her problem, so Rei didn't have to think about it.

She was hesitant to interact much with the Second Child without Death around. Not that Rei was inclined to interact with people in general.
