Olette let out a minute sigh of relief. At least Yazoo wasn't too mad at being mistaken for a woman; he actually seemed amused by it.
"You will find that Olette is very helpful," he commented as the younger girl finished. "She is quite smart and can even tell the differences between genders. I have no idea where she came across such knowledge."
Olette coughed to cover a badly stifled laugh, immediately afterwards clearing her throat.
"I know only what she's told me, which is the same information she just told you." A casual shrug rolled off his shoulders and he resumed pressing random buttons, then eventually closed the thing and looked around for a place to store it. This, of course, resulted in him circling in place a small number of times before he gave up and simply held it. "Where are you supposed to put these?"
Again she attempted to stifle a laugh, only barely succeeding. "I usually put mine in my pocket." She patted one of the large pockets on her pants. "Hmmm.... If you don't have one big enough, then...." She thought for a moment. That was quite a predicament. Carrying one of those things around all day would probably get pretty annoying.... "...Ah! If you have the money, you could get a bag or something."
"Olette, is it? My name is Ivy."
"Nice to meet you." She shook the offered hand, holding it only with a light grip.
"Do you have a name...sir?" Well, at least Yazoo's gender had been cleared up. Olette kept quiet, in case he did not feel like letting Ivy know his name.
