As far as I can tell, it doesn't matter who you are [Completed]
Character(s): Raven & Lady
Content: Concerned that Raven has the Ars Goetia, Lady interrogates her. Raven doesn't reveal much though, and chooses to abandon the argument instead.
Setting: The journal messengers
Time: Sunday, mid-morning
Warnings: None
Song for Grace: Weren't you the one who had Ars Goetia?
Moody Empath: I am. Who are you?
Song for Grace: Call me Lady. I was the one on the network who was weary about it.
Moody Empath: Oh, you. Yeah, I still have it with me.
Song for Grace: And what were you using it for again?
Moody Empath: To keep myself occupied while I'm here and brush up on some things.
Song for Grace: ...And what 'things' would those be?
Moody Empath: Why do you want to know?
Song for Grace: To make sure of something.
Moody Empath: I already told you this before.
Song for Grace: Mmmhmm. Yeah, the last person who was into those sort of things was up to no good...I want make sure no one does what he does. That book is for summoning demons, I hope you know.
Moody Empath: I know what I'm reading.
Song for Grace: ...Question is...what are you doing with it?
Moody Empath: Found it at the library, keeping it with me until I finish reading it.
Song for Grace: So, let me get this straight--you're reading a book valuable to the Golden Dawn Order, just for fun, as the book is capable of summoning all sorts of demons with legions. Just for fun.
Moody Empath: I knew you'd get it sooner or later.
Song for Grace: ...I find that a little hard to swallow, as my father had a lot of books like that, if not more deadly and he's done plenty of damage.
Moody Empath: What'd he do?
Song for Grace: ...Killed a lot of people.
Song for Grace: Oh, and... how can I forget that demonic tower to open up Hell to become a 'god'?
Moody Empath: Well... that's something.
Song for Grace: Whatever. He was into the same things...
Moody Empath: You think I'll end up doing something similar?
Song for Grace: Never can be too careful to double check.
Song for Grace: People lose their minds in the occult/black magic field.
Moody Empath: Maybe, but that doesn’t apply to me.
Song for Grace: What makes you so special?
Moody Empath: Lots of things.
Song for Grace: And?
Moody Empath: Lots more things.
Song for Grace: Not good enough.
Moody Empath: I don't want to talk about it.
Song for Grace: If you don't want to forfeit your argument, you would explain why.
Moody Empath: Then it's forfeit. I don't have to say anything to someone I don't know.
Song for Grace: Heh. Right.
Song for Grace: Don't do anything stupid or I'll be all over you.
Moody Empath: How very thoughtful of you.
Song for Grace: Have to keep the world free of people like him.
Moody Empath: Keep it up, I guess.
Song for Grace: Will do. Stay out of trouble.
