It all seemed endless to her. But onward she pressed through the freezing snow and chilling wind. The numbness she was feeling had grown over the past couple of minutes. Her walking had slowed down some and the deep snow only made it worse to get from point A from point B. Normally, Raven would've just flown over any obstacles that kept her from reaching her destination. But just like when she went to the Iriela Apartments, the cold weather was making it hard for her to concentrate on her powers.

If she didn't find warmth soon, then the situation would only get worse.

But for now, there was was something else Raven had to worry about. In taking a quick moment to catch her breath, she failed to notice a ball falling from the sky heading straight for her. When Raven finally saw it, all she did was raise her arms over her face in an effort to protect herself. Lucky for her, the ball missed and ended up landing several inches next to her.

With the danger past, she looked at the ball and raised an eyebrow.

"Balls falling from the sky instead of hail... Why am I not surprised?"
