Leave Me Breathless [active]

Character(s): Nemo and anyone who agreed to help him in his MB post.
Content: Nemo lays out his pest control plan.
Setting: Paixao Central Station--possibly to other parts of Paixao as well.
Time: Afternoon, week 42. After this MB post.
Warnings: A few cracks in the wall?
Note: Nemo will have given each person who responded to his MB thread a different time to meet him. This will be done party style, with the times serving as the header. I'll add more sub-threads depending on how many people agree to help him.

It seemed his message had gathered some attention. Good. Any little bit helped, and he really couldn't thank them enough for their aid. It was a little difficult to make sure everyone managed to get their own personal meeting with him, but it would be well worth it.

Even if a small group of people might disagree, no one wanted pests to remain unchecked, did they?

Given that first he had to set about closing shop for a moment, and then deal with making sure that he still had everything he'd need for this, Cid arrived a little late. Not so much so as to make look like he hadn't been trying to arrive on time, but all the same, he wasn't there exactly on time. He didn't much care though. If the guy he was supposed to meet was gonna be that much of stickler about time then he could just elsewhere. Wasn't like he was all that interested in whatever was lurking in the walls.

"It ain't like there's much else to do in the city," Cid answered. "So I ain't surprised you got a good couple of people answering."

Hell, he'd answered, and he had his own share of things to do. He hadn't really been making any sort of progress on his various projects, but that didn't mean he didn't have them. Even the shop was something to keep him busy, for all that he didn't exactly have a whole lot of customers.

"I'm listening."

Maybe not without a certain amount of skepticism, but he was listening all the same. Besides, hadn't that been the point of them meeting in the first place? To talk about whatever it was they were supposed to be talking about.

"Guess I wouldn't put it past them," Cid answered with a vague sort of shrug. "Can't say I'll find a damn thing for you, but hell, I can get a couple of cracks open for you. You got a place I'm supposed be poking?"

After all, the city was a damned big place and it wasn't like he was gonna try hitting everywhere. A few places, sure. But not everywhere.

"Sure. I'll see what I can do for you."

Hell, maybe knocking a few holes in the wall will actually turn out to be somewhat therapeutic. After all, the place isn't exactly being any more tolerable despite the length of his stay. If anything, it's getting worse and he still doesn't have the access to the sky he'd like.
